PM Sehat Insaaf Card Program Online Registration Form And Eligibility the Punjab government has begun implementing the Prime Minister Health Card Program in various districts throughout the province. The online registration for the sehat card has already started; low-income families will benefit from this programme, which is run by the Punjab Health Initiative Management Company and the Prime Minister’s Health Program. This programme began in January 2016 with the provision of Health Cards to four districts: Rahim yar Khan, Narowal, Khanewal, and Sargodha. More than 80 thousand low-income families have benefited from this PM National Health Card in these cities. In 2022-2023, the Punjab government is taking additional steps to provide health cards to other districts of the province to provide good health facilities to poor and needy families in the region.

- Send an SMS with your National Identity Card number to 8500 to see if you are eligible for the programme.
- Obtain your Pakistan Sehat Card today.
- If you have been determined to be qualified, you can obtain your Pakistan Sehat card from the card distribution centre that has been established in your area.

- Determine whether hospitals have been appointed to participate in the Prime Minister’s National Health Program.
- When you go to a government or private hospital that has been accredited, make sure you bring the following documents with you.

PM Imran Khan and Chief Minister Punjab announced today the introduction of the sehat health card for residents of Punjab. The Chief Minister of Punjab wishes to distribute Sehat Health Cards to all residents of Punjab, impoverished families, who will be able to benefit from free medical checkups and free medicines that will be provided to all families who will receive a Sehat Health Card under the PM Health Program and the Sehat Sahulat Program for the fiscal year 2022.
According to the minister, more than 4 million families in the following municipal districts would receive health cards from the Chief Minister of Punjab. Punjab’s chief minister, Usman Buzdar, has stated that by the end of December 2022, every family in the province will have a chat health card. The Punjab Health Initiative Management Company Company (PMC) is in charge of administering the Sehat Sahulat Program in Punjab.
