Following documents are required to be forwarded along with the application in the name of Civilians Record Officer of Pakistan Military Academy Kakul, Abbottabad.
- Attested Photocopy of Qualification/ Experience Certificates/ Diplomas.
- Attested Photocopy of Computerized National Identity Card along with 1x recent passport size photograph.
- Attested Photocopy of Domicile Certificate.
- Post Name, Postal Address and Mobile Number must be mentioned in the application.
- Persons having additional qualifications/experience will be preferred.
- A candidate can apply for only one post, applications for more than one post would not be entertained.
- 2% Quota for disable persons, 10% for women and 5% for minorities will be observed.
- The decision of the enrolment board will be considered as final and will not be liable to challenge at any stage.
- Individuals with chronic diseases or declared unfit by military doctors will not be considered for employment. := No TA/DA will be admissible.
- Selected individuals will manage their accommodation and messing at their own as per existing Government rules and regulations.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
